The shuttle from the train station was a nice touch and the staff were friendly. The hot springs were relaxing and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a convenient spot for easy access to restaurants and shops.
The decor was outdated and the room was overpriced for what we got. The drum performance in the evening was too loud and disruptive to the peace and quiet we were hoping for.

The traditional Japanese style of the hotel was the highlight of my business trip. The onsen was my favorite part along with the traditional dinner that was offered. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The hotel was a bit of a distance from my business location, which made transportation and timing a bit of an issue. The room was a bit small and cramped for my liking, but it was manageable.

This hotel is situated in a charming area, with easy access to public transport. The guest room is spacious and comfortable, with wonderful onsen facilities included. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a lovely breakfast spread every morning.
The pricing for the sake is very high, compared to other experiences in Japan.
